1 Outline of recruitment
(1) Identity
Fiscal Year Appointment Staff
(2) Employment period
October 1, Reiwa 7-March 31, Reiwa 8
※If the results of the proof of competence are good, it may be re-appointed up to four times in a row, regardless of open call for participants.
(Up to March 31, 2030)
(3) Business description
I am engaged in administrative assistance. (Data input and check using a personal computer, transport and sort documents within the agency, and
Copy, label creation, seal, enclosing and sealing work, shredder of discarded documents, document arrangement, telephone service, etc.)
※In the event of a large-scale disaster, you may be required to engage in auxiliary work for disaster response. (Only during working hours)

・Second Selection: Designate any one day from Wednesday, June 11, Reiwa 7 to Friday, 13th

2 Reception method and acceptance period
(1) Internet (smartphones are also acceptable)
From 10:00 am on Friday, March 21, 2025 to 10:00 am on Friday, April 11
(It is valid until those that have reached the Yokohama City Electronic Application and Notification System by 10:00 am on Friday, April 11.)

(2) Mailing
From Friday, March 21, Reiwa 7 to Wednesday, April 9 (postmark valid)
※ Please mail the prescribed application form to the Personnel Division of City of Yokohama, General Affairs Bureau during the application period. (Reception by bringing is not possible.)
※ Please apply on the Internet as much as possible (smartphones are also acceptable).
If you are unable to apply via the Internet, please apply by mail.
※ Please note that the application period is short for mail application.
3 How to obtain the application guide and application form
We distribute offer guidance in each ward office Public Relations Section, administrative service corner, person with a disability employment support organization in Yokohama-shi.
In the case of mail application, it is possible to download the data posted on this page and list and submit required items. When downloading and printing data, print on A4 size paper (print on both sides of the application form) and fill out all required items before submitting.
