1. Job description
(1)General affairs and labor affairs in the section (email inquiry / response, equipment management, regular work with a dedicated system, etc.)
(2)Telephone correspondence, visitor correspondence
(3)Data input and aggregation work using a personal computer, creating administrative documents
(4)Administrative assistance for staff related to section work (postal shipping assistance, minutes preparation, meeting room preparation, document printing, document preparation, etc.)
(5)In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during time)
2 Eligibility
(1)Those who meet all the conditions of (6)
(1)Must be at least 18 years old as of April 1, 2025
(2)Basic operation of PC (Word, Excel, Edge (search, browsing, etc.), Outlook (e.g., sending and receiving mail))
(3)Being able to respond to telephone calls and visitors to the agency
(4)Do not fall under the grounds for disqualification regarding recruitment stipulated in Article 16, etc. of the Local Public Service Act
(5)Being able to perform duties in compliance with the Yokohama City Ordinance on Personal Information Protection
※It is desirable to have administrative experience at administrative agencies, etc.
(6)Being interested in topics related to the environment (especially environmental conservation, biodiversity, parks, greenery and agricultural measures)

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1)Appointment period
From April 7, 2025 to February 28, 2026
(2)Working hours, etc.
From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (including 1 hour break)
(3)Working days
3 days a week (excluding weekends, holidays, New Year holidays, and other holidays)
※The work day will be determined in consultation with the supervisor.
(4)Work location
Strategic Planning Division, Strategic Planning Division, Green Environment Bureau Strategic Planning Department (30th floor, Yokohama City Hall, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(5)Salary
8,256 yen per day (1,376 yen per hour)
Separate payment of term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses and maximum monthly amount)

(5)Notes on the documents to be submitted
・The application form and resume for the fiscal year appointment staff can be handwritten or created or printed in Excel. However, in the case of handwriting, do not use pencils or eraseable ballpoint pens.
・The application form and resume for the fiscal year appointment should fit in one A4 size sheet, and do not add lines.
・If you can not fill out the "Academic Education / Work History" column, please summarize it in a separate sheet (regardless of style).

6 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
Selection of documents based on the application form for the fiscal year appointment staff
※The results of the first selection will be notified by e-mail by Thursday, March 6, 2025 (planned).
(2) Second Selection
Interview (will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.)
・Date and time (planned): Afternoon of Monday, March 17, 2025 or afternoon of Tuesday, 18th
・Meeting time and venue: Applicants who have passed the primary screening will be notified by e-mail. The venue is in the Yokohama City Hall in principle.
7 Notification of Final Selection Results
Regardless of pass or fail, we will contact you by e-mail by Friday, March 21, 2025 (planned).
8 Others
・Personal information is strictly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than office work related to appointment procedures and recruitment.
・Documents submitted will not be returned. Also, please do not submit anything other than the application documents.
・You will be responsible for the application and transportation expenses.
・This offer is a matter on condition that the 2025 budget is decided in the Yokohama City Council. If the budget is not voted on, it may not be accepted even if it passes the selection.
