General Affairs Bureau Fiscal Year Appointment Staff (Microfilm Office)
We are looking for fiscal year appointment staff to work in General Affairs Bureau.
1. Job description
(1) Inspection of finished product of master film (microfilm reader (including incidental equipment) is operated.)
(2) Management and maintenance of microfilms owned by the General Affairs Bureau Administration Management Division (rewinding film, replacing acetic acid adsorption materials, etc.)
(3) Acceptance of use of microfilm storage and work rooms
(4) Inspection of documents brought to the microfilm work room
(5) Digitization of microfilm (scanning, conversion to PDF format using dedicated equipment, storage of data), etc.
(6) Administrative assistance related to the management (including arrangement, cleaning, etc.) of microfilm storage and work rooms and other rooms in the city hall under the jurisdiction of the General Affairs Bureau Administrative Management Division
(7) Telephone correspondence, visitor correspondence (mainly correspondence to Motoichi staff)
(8) In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
※There are simple PC operations (input into Excel, edit PDF, etc.) throughout your job.
2 Application requirements
Basic operation of personal computer (operation / input of Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.), window / telephone reception.

4 Working conditions and compensation
(1) Appointment period
From April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026
※If a job with the same job content is set up after the expiration of the above appointment period, and the results of the proof of competence are good, the Company shall endeavor to do so.
You may be re-appointed regardless of the public offering. (up to 4 times)
(2) Working days
From Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesday, public holidays and New Year's holidays (from December 29 to January 3 of the following year))
(3) Working hours
From 8:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. (including one hour lunch break)
(4) Work location
Yokohama City Hall Microfilm work room and storage room (10, 6-50 Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
(5) Salary
¥205,300 per month
※Based on Motoichi standards, end-of-term, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (actual expenses equivalent (limit: 55,000 yen per month)) will be paid separately.
(6) Vacation
Annual vacation, summer vacation, etc.
(7) Social insurance
Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance
(8) Other working conditions
Based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary of the staff of Yokohama-shi fiscal year appointment and expense compensation.
(9) Working Environment
・The microfilm storage and work room have a acetic acid odor generated from old microfilm.
・The room temperature of the microfilm storage is always set at 22 to 23 degrees Celsius, so cold air may flow into the adjacent work room.
・There are no windows in the microfilm storage and work room, so you cannot expect an outdoor view.

6 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
Selection method: Document selection (application form and entry sheet (submitted at the time of application))
※The results of the first selection will be sent by mail to all applicants, regardless of pass or fail, around Tuesday, January 21, 2025.
(2) Second Selection
This will be conducted for those who have passed the first screening.
A Selection Method: Interview selection
B. Date of selection: From Wednesday, January 29, 2025 to Friday, January 31 (planned), the designated day
※The venue and meeting time will be notified to those who have passed the first selection along with the results.
※The results of the second screening will be sent by mail to all candidates for the second screening, regardless of pass or fail, after mid-February 2025.
7 At the time of employment physical checkup
Those who have passed the selection and are scheduled to be hired will receive physical checkup at the designated organization.
(The schedule will be notified separately to the target person.)
8 Scheduled date of recruitment
April 1, 2025
9 Stop conditions
If the 2025 budget is not voted on by the Yokohama City Council, it may not be adopted even if it passes the selection.
