Duties
- Business such as subsidy examination of building noncombustible promotion business subsidy (window correspondence, document examination, document preparation using PC, data input to system, discussion about business, etc.)
- Business such as subsidy examination of building opening non-combustible repair assistance (window correspondence, document examination, document creation using PC, data input to system, discussion about business, etc.)
- General telephone correspondence related to the Disaster Prevention Town Development Promotion Section (including agency)
- Auxiliary duties for simple office work related to the Disaster Prevention Community Development Promotion Section
- Operations deemed necessary by the head of the affiliation in connection with the execution of duties 1 to 4
- In addition, disaster response work in the event of a large-scale disaster (basically auxiliary work, only during working hours)
Eligibility
- In addition to daily conversation in Japanese necessary for work, there must be no problem with reading comprehension skills.
- Basic operation of PC (Word, Excel, data input to system, etc.) can be performed.
- Being able to respond to counters and telephone calls

Compensation
11,256 yen per day (1,608 yen per hour) ※Scheduled amount for FY2025
Term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) are paid separately.

- Long 3 Envelopes 1: Please write your postal code, Address and name on the front and attach a stamp worth 110 yen.

Selection method
Document screening and interview will be conducted.
