(Reference) Major Initiatives in Water Supply Business
The water supply reception center opened in October 2022.
We are promoting initiatives to improve the efficiency of the reception and examination procedures for water supply equipment construction required for new construction and rebuilding of houses.
In October 2014, we established the Water Supply Receiving Center to unify the application procedures for water supply equipment construction, which had previously been conducted at seven water supply offices in the city, to improve services, improve efficiency of Water Works Bureau operations, and maintain technical capabilities for the future.
In addition, we will further improve the convenience of electronic application services that have been in operation since the first fiscal year, and promote DX and paperless by limiting the acceptance to electronic applications within six years.
