1 Wind and flood damage (high tides, high waves, storms)
Following the damage of port facilities due to large-scale storms and floods such as typhoons No. 21 and No. 24 that occurred in 2018 and typhoons No. 15 and No. 19 that occurred in 2019, the Yokohama Port Liaison Council is conducting a study and compiling an action plan for large-scale storms and floods such as typhoons at Yokohama Port.
The details are as follows.
2 earthquake disaster
The Yokohama Port Liaison Council and the Tokyo Bay Navigation Support Council have compiled action plans for the event of a large-scale earthquake in the event of a large-scale earthquake, the Post-Seismic Action Plan for the Event of a metropolitan area earthquake in Yokohama Port and the Post-Seismic Action Plan for Supporting Navigation in Tokyo Bay.

3 Infectious diseases
Port managers across the country are required to enhance port BCPs in response to infectious diseases, and we have compiled the Port Business Continuity Plan Infectious Diseases at Yokohama Port as an action plan for the COVID-19 infection, etc.
The details are as follows.
These action plans summarize the roles and actions that should be shared in order for stakeholders to cooperate and respond appropriately in the event of a disaster. In the future, we will update it through training and other means.
