As a general rule, anyone can apply. However, those who have stopped purchasing despite being awarded in the previous bid will not be able to accept the application for the next two years.
In the case of municipal ownership land purchase, please apply after carefully examining the financial plan.
Please consult with financial institutions for funding plans.

2 Is it possible to apply under a common name such as a parent or child?

You can apply for participation under a shared name.
Please fill out the application form with required items of all co-owners.

3 Is it possible to transfer the right to a successful bid?
A


The rights cannot be transferred. Therefore, it is not possible to change the property that has been applied under a single name to a common name, or to change the land that has been applied under the common name to a single name. Please consider it carefully before applying.

You will not be able to change or cancel your application.
