(1) Lump-sum payment method
This is a method of paying the trading value (excluding bid deposits) in a lump sum.
Within one month from the bidding date, the trading value (excluding the bid deposit) will be paid, and at the same time, contracts, delivery and registration will be made.
(2) Contract guarantee payment method
First, you pay a contract deposit (excluding bid deposit) and then pay the balance.
Within one month from the bidding date, we will pay the contract deposit (excluding the bid deposit) and make a contract at the same time.
Within one month thereafter, the balance will be paid and delivered and registered at the same time.

Applicants should consult with financial institutions themselves and make a loan according to the above schedule.
There is no provision in the sales contract, such as a condition that the loan is concluded.
3
If you do not pay the balance after paying the contract deposit (conclude a sales contract), the contract will be canceled and the contract deposit will belong to Yokohama City.
In addition, for two years from the date the contract is canceled, eligibility for participation in general competitive bidding sales will be suspended.
4
Please conclude a sales contract based on the "recruitment guidelines" provided by Yokohama City and the local information confirmed by the bidder himself. Please note that the contract must be stamped on the “Property Confirmation Form”.
