Guidelines for temporary suspension of construction

Yokohama City has established and operates "Guidelines for temporary suspension of construction", which clarifies the operation standards when suspending all or part of construction work.

In addition, if there is a provision for temporary suspension of construction in the estimation standard applied in each construction, the provision will be applied.

With the revision of the Construction Business Law Enforcement Ordinance, the guidelines were revised on March 4, 2025. This applies to works that are temporarily suspended after the revision date.
