③Japanese who remain in China and receive support benefits
①Those who fall under any of the above 3 will be exempt from the vaccination fee of 3,000 yen by submitting the designated documents.
In addition, if you do not have the specified documents even if you meet the conditions, you will need to issue a confirmation letter for the Vaccinations out-of-pocket exemption from COVID-19 vaccine. You can apply for confirmation at the ward office window or by mail.
