The welfare taxi business (nursing taxi) is officially called the general passenger car transportation business (limited to welfare transportation business), and it is necessary to obtain permission from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to start the business.
The authority of the permission is delegated to the Director of Transportation, and the submission of the application form is the transportation branch office of the prefecture where the business office is located.
