The Japan National Council of Social Welfare's `` Relief Center '' provides consultation to protect the property and rights of elderly and disabled people who are worried about managing money and important documents on their own, and to live their daily lives with peace of mind. We receive and provide necessary services based on the contract.

1 Elderly people aged 65 and over
2 Persons with intellectual disabilities, mentally ill persons, persons with disabilities over 20 years old

1 Consultation (free)
(1) I'm worried about the daily management of money
(2) I would like to know the details of the adult guardianship system and procedures.
(3) I'm worried that my family is purchasing products that I think are unnecessary one after another.
2 Services under contract (in principle, paid.) Usage fees vary depending on your income.
(1) Support for the use of welfare services, regular visits and money management services
Regular visits by staff of the Japan National Council of Social Welfare
(B) Assistance in the use of welfare services such as The Long-term Care Insurance and confirmation of provision
C. Substitution and agency of deposits and savings
(2) Property-related documents and other custody services
(A) Deposits and savings passbook (period, fixed amount)
Securities (excluding stock certificates)
C Certificates (insurance cards, contracts, etc.)
