When will the medical expenses notice for the medical system for elder senior citizens be sent out? Can I reissue it?

In the latter-stage elderly medical care system, medical expenses notices are sent twice a year to all insured persons.
1st time (for consultation from January to November of the previous year): Sended in mid-February
Second time (for consultation in December of the previous year): Sended in mid-March
※The medical expenses notice does not reflect the refunds of high medical costs, etc. If you would like to know the amount of high medical costs in your final tax return, please check the payment decision notice or passbook entry etc.
Reissues are accepted at the Regional Coalition Call Center (045-440-6700).
The reissue period will be from January 2014 or the date of qualification acquisition.
If you wish to reissue the notification of the deceased medical expenses, you will need to submit an application form and required documents, so please contact the ward office Insurance and Pension Division in your ward where you lived.
(You can apply up to two months before the application month.)
