What should I do if PASMO cannot be used (cannot read) or if I lose my registered PASMO / PASMO commuter pass?
It is as follows.
When PASMO becomes unavailable due to some obstacle
Please contact the station or bus office. You can reissue it. The remaining amount of PASMO, commuter pass, and auto charge service function that can no longer be used, will also be transferred to the reissued card. For more information, please visit the following website.
When lost
"Registered PASMO" and "PASMO commuter pass" can be reissued even if lost. The balance at the time the loss procedure is completed, the commuter pass, and the auto charge service function will also be transferred to the reissued card. Note that "Unnamed PASMO" cannot be reissued. For more information, please visit the following website.
