In the City Hall 3F Citizen Consultation Room, human rights defenders provide consultation on discrimination and unfair treatment for Yokohama citizens (residents in Yokohama City * not working or attending school).

Reservation is accepted by telephone or at the counter from the same day one week before the day you want to consult (in the case of a holiday, weekdays after the next day) (Reception hours from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, window until 5:00 pm)
