I'd like to have a notary consultation.
In the City Hall 3F Citizen Consultation Room, notary public consultations are provided to Yokohama citizens (residents in Yokohama City * not eligible for working or attending school) regarding notarized certificates such as wills, voluntary guardianship contracts, and lease contracts.

From 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on the 1st and 3rd Friday (excluding holidays and New Year holidays)
Reservation
Reservation is accepted by telephone or at the counter from the same day one week before the day you want to consult (in the case of a holiday, weekdays after the next day) (Reception hours from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, window until 5:00 pm)
Consultation time
Within 25 minutes per person
