A story about Bulgarian embroidery
Roses were planted to commemorate the 10th anniversary of partner city exchange (September 2016).
Clarsen Klarev, Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Bulgaria, visited Hodogaya Ward and planted roses in Hoshikawa Central Park to commemorate the 10th anniversary of friendship between Sophia and Hodogaya Ward. The planted rose is a variety called "damask rose", and it is said to be the "queen of roses" because it is said to have the best aroma among many roses.
In addition to the Minister of Youth and Sports, seven people from Bulgaria came to Hodogaya. In Hodogaya, flower mates and children from nearby nursery schools also rushed and welcomed the Bulgaria party.
