Welfare refuge (Special evacuation sites)

Welfare refuge is a secondary evacuation center for those who find it difficult to evacuate in evacuation shelter.
There are 26 welfare shelters in Isogo Ward, but each facility has a different system. In the event of a disaster, the ward office and the facilities will coordinate.
