The purpose is to promote the development of a town where everyone can live with peace of mind by supporting the community and conducting activities. In order to carry out watching and visiting activities smoothly, the ward office issues a "member of visit for community support activities" to those who wish. .

Flow of Visitor ID Application

1 Acquisition of Application Form

2 Submission of Application Form

　Submit (paper or data) to the ward office through each Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

3 Issuance of visitor ID

　You can issue a visitor ID in about 2 weeks after submitting the application form. In principle, we will give it to the applicant through Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations.

Return of visitor ID

　Please return the card you no longer use to the Isogo Ward Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section (42nd window on the 4th floor of the ward office).
