About infant medical examination

We provide consultation on child care with dietitians, dental hygienists, public health nurses, etc. with interviews, dental checkups, measurements, and consultations with hope.
Based on the results of medical examinations, etc., we will introduce hospitals and specialized institutions, provide guidance to progress medical examinations, provide individual consultations, and visit homes to support the growth of children.
You will receive a "Notice of Health Checkups" about one month before the month of the checkup.
If it is inconvenient on the date of the medical examination, please give it on the next and subsequent medical examination days.
(Please refer to the table below for the schedule/reservation is not required.)

[Request for those who will be examined]
・At the medical examination site, temperature measurement and physical condition confirmation are carried out before entering.
・In the medical examination hall, detailed guidance is provided to avoid contact between customers. We ask that you follow the guidance of the medical examination staff.
・If you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
・Please refrain from consulting not only for children who are subject to medical examinations but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in their family.
・When visiting the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
・Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring a filth bag.
・If you have any inconvenience on the date of the medical examination, please come to the next and subsequent medical examination days (reservation is not required).
・We do not provide temporary childcare. Thank you for your understanding.

For medical examinations received at medical institutions, use the medical institution Health Checkups consultation card attached to the maternal and child handbook (standard age is 1 month, 7 months, 12 months).
Only at contracted medical institutions in the city, medical examinations and childcare consultations can be made free of charge.
