You can get three Health Checkups free of charge at a medical institution.

Expenses for Health Checkups and childcare consultation will be borne by public funds.

You can have a medical examination three times by 12 months after birth (less than 13 months).

Please use it within the validity period indicated on the medical examination ticket spelled out at the time of issuing the Maternal and Child Health Handbook.

※In principle, we will not be able to re-issue the consultation card. If the consultation slip cannot be used due to soiling, etc., we will replace it.
