National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premium exemption due to a decrease in revenue due to the impact of COVID-19 infection
In the event that it becomes difficult to pay National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) premiums due to the impact of COVID-19 infection, we have started accepting special exemption applications. For more information, please visit the Japan pension Organization website.

Procedures for National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) by mail
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection, some procedures in National Pension Plan (Kokumin Nenkin) can be notified by mail for the time being.
Before mailing, please contact your ward office National Pension Plan Section or the pension office in charge of your ward office to check the information on the documents and the attached documents. Please note that we may contact you if there are any deficiencies.
