Outline of support subsidies for the creation of local places to stay

Purpose

 Multi-generational exchanges using vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms in houses, etc., support for raising children, living support for the elderly, etc.
We support the creation of a place to revitalize areas such as reinforcements.

Subsidized businesses

 An organization composed of multiple people, including residents (residents, working, attending school), and is continuously working on it.
The following requirements must be met.

  • The aim is to revitalize the region.
  • Make use of vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms in houses, etc.
  • Regarding the use of vacant stores, obtain the consent of the shopping district.
  • Being able to comply with relevant laws and regulations
  • Problems with neighbors can be resolved at their own risk.
  • About making place to stay of child, we can plan relations with protector, school, related organizations.

Subsidized projects

 Exchanges such as community salons that newly utilize vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms in houses, etc. in the city
Businesses that revitalize the area, such as business, whereabouts business, etc. However, the following items are not eligible.
Non-targeted businesses

  • For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only certain individuals or organizations
  • Business aimed at political or religious activities
  • This project is supported by the Yokohama City, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, or the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in Isogo Ward.

Subsidiary period

 The subsidy period is up to 3 years. However, it is necessary to apply for each fiscal year.

Subject expenses

Consumables expenses, printing expenses, communication transportation expenses, transportation expenses, material expenses, remuneration expenses, insurance premiums, usage fees and rent
Equipment costs, food costs (within 1/10 of the amount recognized as subsidized expenses), fuel costs, commissions, etc.
