2 Outline of subsidies to support the creation of a place to stay in the Isogo Ward area

Purpose

 We support the creation of a place to revitalize the area, such as multi-generational exchanges using vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms in houses, etc., child-rearing support, and living support for the elderly.

Subsidized businesses

 An organization composed of multiple people, including residents (residents, working, attending school), and is continuously working, must meet the following requirements.

  • The aim is to revitalize the region.
  • Make use of vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms in houses, etc.
  • Regarding the use of vacant stores, obtain the consent of the shopping district.
  • Problems with neighbors can be resolved at their own risk.
  • About making place to stay of child, we can plan relations with protector, school, related organizations.
  • Being able to comply with relevant laws and regulations

Subsidized projects

 Exchange business such as community salons that utilized vacant houses, vacant stores, vacant rooms of houses in the city, business to revitalize areas such as whereabouts business, etc. In addition, about facility becoming place to stay, it is necessary that it conforms to earthquake-resistant standard to establish in Motoichi, and that agreement such as the making of place to stay and repair of facility is obtained from owner of facility. However, the following items are not eligible.
Non-targeted businesses

  • For-profit purposes or businesses that benefit only certain individuals or organizations
  • Business aimed at political or religious activities
  • This project is supported by the Yokohama City, the Japan National Council of Social Welfare, or the Japan National Council of Social Welfare in Isogo Ward.

Subsidized expenses and subsidy period

⑴When opening a new place to stay and starting a business (up to 3 years)
 Oh, design, renovation, repair and other construction costs associated with the renovation of facilities
 (B) Expenses associated with the implementation of business activities
   Consumables expenses, printing expenses, communication transportation expenses, transportation expenses, material expenses, remuneration expenses, insurance premiums, usage fees and rent
   Equipment costs, food costs (within 1/10 of the amount recognized as subsidized expenses), fuel costs, commissions, etc.
 (C) Expenses for preliminary surveys, etc., assuming the implementation of business activities (expenses related to simple seismic diagnosis) (once)
⑵When conducting business in an existing location (1 year)
