Sports promotion activity subsidy

In Isogo Ward, we recruit participation of inhabitants of a ward widely and assist some of the expenses of business to sports promotion groups that hold sports competitions and sports classes.

Please fill out the following form with required items and submit one copy at a time.

（２） List of Group Officers (No. 2 Style)
（３） Business Plan (No. 3 style)
（４） Business Budget Book (No. 4 Style)
（５） Organization's rules, articles of incorporation or similar documents

After the grant is decided, please submit an invoice.
If the account name is different from the organization name, you will also need to submit a power of attorney.
Prior to the project implementation date, a subsidy will be issued within 30 days after receiving a legal invoice.

Organizations that have received the subsidy must submit a business report, income and expenditure financial statements, receipts, documents that show the state of the business, etc. after the end of the business.
※For expenditures with an amount of 100,000 yen or more, please submit documents (copyable) certifying expenditures such as receipts at the time of business report.
