We held "2023 person with a disability week event"!

Every year from December 3rd to 9th is "Disability Week". The Week for Persons with Disabilities was established under the Basic Law for Persons with Disabilities to encourage persons with disabilities to participate in activities in all fields.
The Week of Disabled Persons was held in Isogo Ward from December 4 to 8. At the 1st floor inhabitant of a ward hall, a panel exhibition introducing the activities of groups with disabilities in the ward and works of persons with disabilities will be held, and 23 groups and offices will be based on the theme of "local activities", and efforts will be made to make the activities of each group easier to understand. Panels were exhibited. From December 6 to 8, facilities for persons with disabilities in the city sold their own products (bread, lunch boxes, baked goods, handicrafts, etc.), and it was a great success.
In addition, we carried out questionnaire to be reference when we planned business of welfare of person with a disability in future and had valuable opinion from many inhabitants of a ward. Based on your opinions, we will continue to think about "community development where everyone can live."
