Security lights

Approximately 9,000 "security lights" are installed in the ward to prevent crime at night.
Normally, fluorescent lamp is attached to telephone poles and steel pipe poles, which are managed separately from mercury lamps attached to large roads and street lights such as sodium lamps.
Since fiscal 2009, the city of Yokohama has installed LED security lights that have superior energy efficiency and durability compared to those of the current fluorescent lamp, and have the same brightness, energy saving and reduction of maintenance costs.

The administrator varies depending on the type of security light, so please inform each administrator of the telephone pole number, Address, management number (on the security light owned by Yokohama City).
