FY2024 Izumi Ward Public Awareness Survey

In order to serve as a reference for various initiatives and projects of the Izumi Ward Office, the Izumi Ward Office will conduct a survey on the attractiveness of Izumi Ward as a place of residence, the formulation of the Fifth Izumi Ward Community Welfare Plan, and observation of changes in residents' awareness over time. This program covers 3,000 residents aged 18 and over living in Izumi Ward, randomly selected from the Basic Resident Register. We are pleased to inform you that the results of the survey have been finalized.

3,000 inhabitants aged 18 or older living in Izumi Ward (random extracted from the Basic Resident Register)

Survey method

Send the questionnaire by mail or respond using the electronic application and notification system (WEB)

Survey period

June 24 (Mon)-July 12 (Fri), Reiwa 6

Survey items

(1)　About the area of residence
　　Participation in Neighborhood Association / Local Activities / Foreign Exchange / Reason for Residence / Intention, etc.
(2)　About disaster prevention
　　be prepared for disaster, evacuation shelter, etc.
(3)　About welfare, child care
　　Child care / welfare for the elderly / support in the community / health promotion / comprehensive community care, etc.
(4)　About the local administration of your ward　　　
(5)　About yourself
　　Gender/Age/Family Structure, etc.
