Izumi Ward 30th Anniversary Commemorative Project

Izumi Ward was established on November 3, 1986, with the division of Totsuka Ward, celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2016.
In 2016, we carried out various commemorative projects throughout the year in cooperation with the Executive Committee of the 30th Anniversary of the Izumi Ward System.

＊This section introduces some of the projects implemented in 2016 by the Alliance Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and regional organizations.

In order to boost the 30th anniversary of the constituency system, we created a logo mark commemorating the 30th anniversary of the Izumi Ward system and used it in publicity for events.

About the logo mark
Izumi Ward's mascot character "Izun" expresses the image of celebrating the 30th anniversary of the constituency system.
The background is characterized by the lush green Izumi Ward and the design of 30 leaves in connection with the 30th anniversary.
In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the constituency system, Izun was designed by Yuichi Ito, an animation director with a connection to Izumi Ward, and a logo mark commemorating the 30th anniversary of the constituency system was created by Yuichi Ito.

[Creation of public relations goods]
We created banners and banners using the logo, and rented them to the community.

In September 2015, the Executive Committee for the 30th Anniversary of the Izumi Ward System, consisting of 12 regional alliances Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and representatives of organizations in the ward, was established to discuss commemorative projects.
