1 When a report is required
（１） In the event that two or more seriously ill patients are suspected according to COVID-19 infection occur within a week
（２） When more than 10 patients (including suspicions) in COVID-19 infection occur or more than half of all users
（３） Even if it does not fall under (1) or (2) above, it is suspected that infectious diseases, etc. that exceed normal outbreak trends, and in particular the facility manager deems it necessary to report.
