[Kanagawa Ward] Check ups for Infants and Toddlers

We will send you a notification of your consultation from the Kanagawa Ward Office. To alleviate congestion, Reception hours is decentralized. We ask for your cooperation so that you can come to Reception hours on the day of the medical examination described in the notice.

• If you have symptoms such as a cold, fever, or acute rash, please refrain from consulting.
• Please refrain from consulting not only for children who are subject to medical examinations but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in their family.
• At the time of medical examination, please cooperate with infection prevention such as hand washing.
• Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring a filth bag.

• The venue will be on the second floor of the annex of the Kanagawa Ward Office.
• Due to the small number of parking lots, please use public transportation as much as possible on the day. In addition, please note that medical examination time cannot be extended even when parking lot is crowded.
• After receiving the medical examination, please do not leave the venue. If you are absent at the time of your call, you may not be able to receive a medical examination.
• Please refrain from eating and drinking in the venue (you can use the nursing room, but please prepare hot water yourself). For strollers, please use the stroller storage area in the venue.
• If you are inconvenient or unwell on the designated date, please come to the schedule after the designated date (no need to contact us).
