Important news (beware of suspicious calls disguised as ward office staff)

Suspicious calls that require banking procedures to receive a refund have caused damage to deceive cash cards.
- The staff of the Insurance and Pension Division of the Kanagawa Ward Office and the Insurance and Health Section (the ward office does not have a department called the Insurance and Health Section) and said, "There is an unclaimed refund, but I did not do so by March 31, so I need to go to the bank office to receive it. You can't do it at the ward office. Could you tell me your bank account? Give me your cash card, please. (It needs to be replaced.) "I'm going to talk about it."
- Already, there has been damage that you give your PIN and give your cash card.
- There is no refund procedure at the bank counter. (The procedure you ask at the bank counter is the fund transfer procedure.)
- The ward office staff will not visit your home and receive a cash card.
