If a large fire associated with an earthquake occurs frequently and the flame spreads, it is a place to evacuate to protect yourself from the radiant heat and smoke. Kanazawa Ward has designated 11 locations as evacuation area.

　This is a place where you can temporarily evacuate if your house collapses or is at risk of collapse due to an earthquake. Kanazawa Ward has designated 26 elementary and junior high schools by region. It will be a place to distribute food, water, relief supplies, etc., to provide living information, and to provide family safety confirmation.
　In addition, at each site, the evacuation shelter Management and Management Committee, which is led by local residents, is organized and operated by the evacuation shelter in the event of a disaster. The Steering Committee also engages in disaster prevention measures even during normal times.
