Special consultation (FY2025)

The Kanazawa Ward Office provides free consultation by professional counselors.
Consultations by professional counselors are for each expert to give general explanations according to your consultation content and refer to them when solving problems. You can get advice from experts on how to deal with problems, how to proceed, and whether you should ask an expert to solve them. Please feel free to contact us.
(Businesses involving the execution of the budget for FY2025 will be finalized after a resolution in City Counsil.)
⇒　Special consultation for Kanazawa Ward in FY2024

• Consultation methods include face-to-face consultation and telephone consultation.
• Consultations will not be held on public holidays and from December 26, 2025 to January 5, 2026.

• Please make a reservation to Public Relations Section by telephone (045-788-7721) or directly at the counter (101 on the 1st floor of Kanazawa Ward Office (General Information)). When making a reservation, please let us know your name, Phone number and desired date and time.

• Reservation Reception hours　：　From 8:45 to 17:00 on weekdays (ward office opening day)

• If you want to cancel your reservation, please contact us by 17:00 on the day before the consultation day (open agency day). Cancellations without contact or cancellations on the day of legal consultation, judicial scrivener consultation, and tax consultation are counted as the number of consultations used.

※Special consultation is intended for those living in Kanazawa Ward. If you live outside of Kanazawa Ward, please contact your municipality.
※Relatives, neighbors, friends, etc. cannot make reservations for the same special consultation multiple times on the same day.
※Legal consultation, judicial scrivener consultation, and tax consultation can be used up to twice per person during the year. Count by "number of times" instead of "project".

We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that many people can use it comfortably.

• We do not create documents such as contracts, answers, wills, etc., and check the contents. Please explain what you would like to talk about verbally.
• It is not possible to ask the professional counselor in charge to solve the problem directly or ask for specific work.
• Consultation may be refused depending on the content, such as when it violates the rules of attorney's duties or the rules stipulated in judicial scrivener ethics.
• If the duties, duties, etc. of each professional counselor are stipulated by law, consultation will be within that range. (A lawyer and a judicial scrivener cannot answer about taxes such as inheritance tax and gift tax. For tax consultation, please contact your tax accountant or tax office.
• Depending on the case of consultation, we may guide you to the responsible department rather than specialized consultation.
• We will not be able to respond to inquiries at a later date, such as the content of your consultation.
• If unauthorized use is found, we will cancel the appointment for consultation.
