(Disability Discrimination Case 38) Transportation and Roads for the Physically Disabled

Last updated on February 8, 2021.

  • All cases received do not correspond to "disability discrimination". In addition, we have not confirmed whether the contents are true.
  • Information on names of individuals, facilities, etc. is excluded from the published content.
  • A detailed explanation of long-term cases and the situation will be provided with a summary.

Details of the case

○○It is inevitable to use elevators during the station elevator construction, but large electric wheelchairs could not be used. Ideally, it would be nice to have an alternative elevator, but it would be nice to have an Escal (elevator). The caterpillar style is scary. I'm afraid of Escal. Stair lifts are scary. For cerebral palsy people, it is not very good for their neck to rattle.

Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
