Details of the case
When a wheelchair person got on a train, recently station staff was arranged at the station where he got off, but he couldn't get off because there were no station staff at the station where he got off.
Regarding the case, what I wanted to do and what I thought would be better.
He said he wanted to eliminate the steps between the platform and the train so that wheelchair people could move on their own.
