Business Overview
The Yokohama City Care Prevention and Life Support Service Aid Project (hereinafter referred to as Service B, etc.) means that local residents, including volunteers, need support, etc. ※When we perform activity of care prevention, life support for one, we issue subsidy for expense to affect the activity.
※What are those who need support here?
(1) Preventive care by the Regional Comprehensive Support Center, etc. Those who have certification for need of support 1.2 and those who have been eligible for the business using the basic checklist equivalent to support required (business target) Those who have activities such as service B in management etc. are positioned in the care plan
(2) (1)Those who have used the activities as follows, and who continue to use the activities even after the certification category has been changed from nursing care 1 to 5

Organizations qualified to apply
Organizations that qualify for application shall be corporations or voluntary organizations that meet all of the following conditions (1) to (7).
（１） The representative or officer must not be a person who is sentenced to imprisonment or higher and is not sentenced until the execution is completed or no longer received.
（２） Not being a gangster (meaning a gangster prescribed in Article 2, item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters).
In the case of a corporation, there is no representative or officer who falls under a gangster (meaning a gangster prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Gangsters) .
In the case of an organization that does not have a legal personality, the representative must not be a gangster.
（３） It is not the primary purpose of religious or political activities.
（４） Do not be behind with city tax.
（５） Being an organization that does not violate public order and morals.
（６） In the case of a voluntary organization that does not have a legal personality, there must be rules, rules of association, etc., and the person in charge and the intention of the organization must be clear.

Subsidized expenses

The subsidy can be used only for "subsidized expenses". Specifically, it is in "(1) List of items to be subsidized", which occurs during "(2) Subsidized period", and can submit a copy of "(3) Receipt Documents" at the time of performance report It becomes "subsidized expense". Grants cannot be used for expenses that do not meet these conditions.

In addition, the following items are not eligible for assistance.
・ Costs for facility maintenance (excluding minor renovation costs)
・ Expenses required for recruitment and employment of employees that are not directly related to subsidized activities
・ Expenses required for advertising and promotion that are not directly related to subsidized activities
・ Costs that directly benefit the user, such as foodstuff costs and cooking costs.
Example: When conducting a knitting class, the "knitting stick" lent to the user as a belonging of the group will be subsidized expenses.
However, "wool" brought back by the user as a work will not be eligible for assistance.
・Gasoline fee and parking fee when going shopping using your own car
(Because it is not possible to clearly distinguish between those used in subsidized projects and those used for private use)
・Internet expenses and telephone charges in the name of an individual
(In order to make the subsidized expenses, a statement etc. in the name of the application group is required.)
