The appeal of hospitals

Providing consistent medical care and nursing from the acute phase to the recovery phase

Acute Period

Many cerebrovascular diseases develop suddenly and require rapid diagnosis and treatment. Equipped with specialized medical equipment, we have a system that can provide stroke treatment 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In addition, we play a central role in cerebrovascular disease medical care in Yokohama, such as stroke prevention awareness-raising activities.
For spinal cord and knee joint diseases, appropriate treatment is provided based on accurate diagnosis by specialists for diseases such as spinal stenosis, scoliosis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, and osteoporosis.
Nurses are required to have a wide range of nursing practice skills, including knowledge of diseases such as cerebrovascular disease, neuroincurable disease, and patient's medical history, physical assessment ability, clinical judgment ability, and support for discharge. It is also important to cooperate with multiple occupations such as doctors, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, medical social workers, and clinical engineering technicians. Nurses, as coordinators, provide nursing that is close to the wishes of patients and their families.

Convalescent rehabilitation

Rehabilitation

We mainly accept patients who have completed acute treatment, such as cerebrovascular disease and plastic disease, from inside and outside the hospital. Through training and involvement in daily life, we will expand "ADL that can be done" to "ADL that we do", rebuild our lives and lead to returning to home and society. To this end, we form a multi-disciplinary team and consider all aspects of hospital life as rehabilitation and support.

Community-based comprehensive care

We accept patients who have completed acute treatment from inside and outside the hospital, and provide discharge support and coordination so that they can return to community life within a certain period of time.
Multidisciplinary collaboration with doctors, rehabilitation therapists, pharmacists, dietitians, medical social workers, etc. is important to practice nursing interventions tailored to the individual characteristics of the patient. In particular, we collaborate with nurses and medical social workers in the regional cooperation department to provide support according to the situation of patients and their families.
