Career Development Program (CDP) (Career Development Program)
In our hospital, the clinical practice skills of nurses are classified into four categories: "practical skills of nursing services", "management skills", "human relations skills", and "education and research skills", and CDP (Career DevelopmentProgram = Career Development Program) has been introduced.
At CDP, we have set five stages and conduct training programs tailored to each individual's level.

There is a system for entering a post-graduate educational institution for employees who have been hired for more than 5 years.
Education for new hires
Basic Perspective
- Support newcomers to adapt to workplaces, conduct training to enhance clinical practice skills, and develop them in departments.
- In order to realize safe and secure nursing, build a system to nurture newcomers throughout the nursing department.
PNS (Partnership Nacing System)®
- Newcomer education in the department will be joined as a third partner in a PNS and will be supported by senior nurses.
- In order to acquire basic skills, a “Common Technology Checklist” was created, and together with senior nurses in departments such as senior nurses “Fresh Partners”, who are partners of new nurses, the acquisition status for each skill I will check.
- We will support the growth of new nurses throughout the PNS group, department, nursing department and hospital.
Recruitment from time to time
For those who are hired mid-career, we also provide orientation and support from PNS fresh partners to ensure that there is no anxiety.
In addition, we actively participate in training according to each person's CDP stage and support them to improve their careers.
