It was thought that multiple white and brown spots were attached to the surface, causing mold.

2.Test results

  • Culture media: Potato dextrosse agar
  • Growth: Normal
  • Form: Yeast
  • Color: White

3.Conclusion

It was presumed to be the yeast of the genus Saccharomyces.

4.Reference

 Saccharomyces genus is well known and usually known as pan yeast, S.cerevisiae is the most important representative species. Beer's yeast, wine yeast and brewed yeast are also varieties of S.cerevisiae.
