About pig fever (CSF)
Pork fever (CSF) is a disease of pigs and boars caused by infection with the CSF virus.
It is characterized by strong infectiousness and high lethality, and is designated as a livestock infectious disease under the Livestock Infectious Disease Prevention Law.
On farms where pigs infected with pig fever have occurred, epidemic control measures will be taken for pigs etc. raised.

Pork fever (CSF) is a disease of pigs and wild boars and does not infect humans.
