Overview

A law amending a part of the Food Sanitation Law, etc. will be enforced on June 1, 2021, and the Food Sanitation Law (hereinafter referred to as the "law") will be revised. As a result of this revision, the government has indicated reference standards for food business facility standards in the Food Sanitation Law Enforcement Regulations, and based on that, Kanagawa Prefecture has adopted the `` Ordinance on Facility Standards for Business based on the Food Sanitation Law (2000 Kanagawa Prefecture Ordinance No. 8) (hereinafter referred to as the Facility Standards Ordinance) and the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ordinance on Business Facilities Standards Based on the Food Sanitation Law (Partial Revision of the Kanagawa Prefecture Regulations No. 51 of the 2000001) (Partial Regulations No. 2) ”(2) (hereinafter referred to the Ordinance) (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance).
Until now, in Motoichi, the facility standard ordinance and the facility standard ordinance enforcement regulations were used as examination criteria, but more specific items were given to the standards of the facility standard ordinance prescribed based on Article 54 of the revised law.
