This is the first contact point for welfare consultation and health consultation for various people, such as worries about the elderly such as frail, jealousy, and dementia, people with disabilities, mothers and children, social security, etc. Specialized caseworkers and public health nurses will receive consultation together and promptly take over to each support staff so that they can receive the necessary services comprehensively.
We will also accept consultations on The Long-term Care Insurance.
