The event will not be held.

①The start method will be determined by the number of participating teams.
②The rules are in accordance with the rules of the Kohoku Ward Ground Golf Tournament.
③The score must be entered by each team. We will not assign a jury to enter the score. Rhinsman and referee assistance will be provided by the organizer.

The team award and the district award will be given to the first to third place.
※The first place in the team award and district award will be awarded a championship cup (turnover) and a diploma, and the second and third places will be awarded a diploma. In addition, the Hall-in-one Award (the award setting hall was announced on the day of the tournament), the High Score Award (2 people in 1st and 2nd in total), and the participation prize will be awarded.
※The district award is based on the sum of the scores of the district national team (2 teams) and the ranking is determined in descending order.
※For general participation teams, only team awards are eligible.

①If the day of the tournament is rainy forecast
According to the weather forecast of the Japan Meteorological Agency, if the probability of precipitation on Sunday, the 2nd day of the tournament is 70% or more (as of 17:00 the day before), it will be canceled on Sunday, 1st the day before. The cancellation will be posted on the Kohoku Ward Office website, so please check in advance.
②If the day before the tournament is rainy and the day of the tournament is clear forecast.
We will judge whether it is possible to hold the event by looking at the situation of the park on the day of the tournament. Port by 7:00 a.m.
As we publish cancellation on Kita Ward government office homepage, please confirm beforehand.

①There is no parking lot at the venue. Please refrain from coming by car or motorcycle (motorized bicycle, ordinary and large). Also, please refrain from parking on the street in the vicinity.
②The organizer will take out sports insurance for the participants of this tournament, but will not take any other responsibility.
③Please obtain parental consent for minor participation.
④Substitute players will not be registered. In the unlikely event that there is a change in membership due to unavoidable reasons, please contact the following inquiries by Thursday, February 15th.
⑤The collected information of the players will be published along with the tournament record (Please note that the collection will be distributed at the ward office and will be released on the website before applying.
⑥If you are unavoidably abstaining, please contact us in advance.
⑦Please bring your own lunch.
⑧Please bring your own trash with you.
⑨Participation fee in case of cancellation due to rainy weather or abstention will not be refunded because it will be used for expenses for preparing the tournament. Thank you for your understanding.
⑩Equipment can be participated in your own club, but be sure to use the ball prepared by the organizer. ※Clubs can be borrowed (application required at the time of application).
⑪The venue is a park, so please refrain from using fire (stove is acceptable)
