Implementation plan for one-way traffic
The concept of the one-way traffic plan is as follows.

- Route buses that pass through "Hamagin Street" will continue to operate as before.
- One-way traffic will be carried out all day regardless of the time of day, within about 100m from Hiyoshi Station.
- On "Sun Road" and "Normal Club Street", the roadway will be narrowed, pedestrian space will be secured more widely than before, and part of the pedestrian space will be paved in color.
- The area around Hiyoshi Station has been designated as a no-parking zone, and there is no change in this point. Therefore, in this area, it is not possible to park a car and wait for people.
- In order to make it easier for cargo handling and people to get on and off for a moment, we will set up cargo handling and getting on and off spaces on Hiyoshi Chuo-dori, Sun Road, and Norway Street.
