We devised Hiyoshi Tsunashima eastern district town development vision!

More people and companies have been selected as more people and companies for the Tsunashima Kaido along the Tsunashima Kaido road from Hiyoshi Station to Tsunashima Station, where land use conversion and various development accompanying it have progressed, and the industrial agglomeration area spread to the east side. In order to work on town development that can continue living, we have formulated the "Hiyoshi Tsunashima Eastern District Town Development Vision".

Through this vision, the Kohoku Ward Plan of the City Planning Master Plan (revised in March 2015) clarifies the point that land use in Hiyoshi and Tsunashima areas is "guiding harmonious and appropriate land use." We would like to share it with local residents and companies as a guideline for future town development and connect it to various initiatives.

More specific issues in the region and efforts to solve them vary depending on individual issues, so local residents involved in these, landowners, companies, ward offices, etc.・ It is necessary for academia to work together to solve the issues and work on local community development.
