Where can I apply for disposable diapers?

Applications for disposable diapers used by the elderly will be accepted at the ward office Elderly and Disabled Support Division and Community Care Plaza. The benefits are eligible for municipal tax-exempt households who are recognized as "need care recipients" in The Long-term Care Insurance and are bedridden or have dementia.
