When should I apply for a temporary number?

I lend it to Hours on the day when the ward office opens.
As a general rule, you must apply to the ward office on the first day of running a car. In other words, it is the first day of operation.
However, if you want to use it early in the morning or if you are unable to apply on the day, we will lend you the day before (or the day before if the previous day is a holiday).

※Depending on the type of car, purpose and required documents, you may not be eligible for the temporary number and may not be able to lend it. If you have any questions, please contact General Affairs Division General Affairs Section in advance.
