Share necessary information with coordinators such as Yokohama-type medical care children and persons, actively accept medical care children and persons, and train human resources who will be members of a network that can provide high-quality services. By doing so, we aim to strengthen cooperation among related organizations and enhance the acceptance system for medical care children and persons in the community.
"Yokohama-type medical care child / person supporter training training" is to acquire basic knowledge about support for medical care child / person and multi-occupation cooperation, or medical care, welfare, education related to support for medical care children / persons, etc. This is a training that allows you to learn about knowledge about such things and cooperation with related parties. Based on the "Coordinator Training Training Curriculum for Medical Care Children" shown by the government, it is composed of necessary contents to support medical care children and persons in the city. In addition, this training is conducted on commission to the Yokohama Medical Association.

Those who have completed this training will be issued a certificate of completion of the "Yokohama-type medical care child / person supporter training training" (it is part of the calculation requirements for "addition of the support system for medical children requiring medical care").

You will acquire more practical knowledge that cannot be learned by classroom lectures alone.

1. Accompanied a nurse at a visiting nursing station that practices the medical care you want to learn, and observe the preparation and practice of medical care, observation points and explanations of family exchanges.
2. A nurse at a home-visit nursing station, a lecturer, visits a facility that will be used by medical care children and persons, and provides advice and information on practice of medical care, observation points, etc.
