National Health Insurance Enrollment Procedures

This is a procedure for those who quit the employee health insurance workplace or the National Health Insurance Association to join the National Health Insurance.

(1) Those who can apply online

New National Health Insurance subscribers or those who have a My Number Card at proxy/agent in same household.

(2) Flow after Online Application

After accepting the online application, the person in charge of the ward office Insurance and Pension Division will apply for National Health Insurance. After completing the procedure, we will send a “Qualification Confirmation Form” or “Notice of Qualification Information” to the head of the household.
